Ryan JohnsonTop Center: αψίνθιον βαθύπικρον: Keen Root Wormwood. Bottom Center: Βαθύ with a line pointing to the roots of the plant. Apparently Βαθύ refers to the roots (hence my translation “Keen Root”). Bottom Center: absinthium spelled out in the Latin alphabet, in what looks to be Germanic script. Perhaps this was written after the volume was brought to Vienna?
