Top center: ἑλλέβορος λευκός: White Hellebore. Small drawing of a knife in upper right of page. Center, between original text in descending order: ἀσκλήδα, ἔκτομον, πίναγα [=πίνακα] τοξάρϊς, γόνος Ἡρακλέος, πολύειδος, ἀνάφυστος, σόμφϊας, οὖνρε, veletrumalbum (written as one word in the Latin alphabet), λαγόνϊον, ἀνέψα.

Askleda, “cut-out,” “Toxarian-board,” “offspring of Herakles,” “many-formed,” anaphystos, somfias, ourne, “white veletrum,” lagonion, anepsa. Scholia appear to be written by the same hand as II.115.rt. Note the spelling of a Roman name in the Latin alphabet, which differs from I.24.rt (which appears to be written in a different hand than this current scholion) in which the Roman name is transliterated into Greek.
